Payment Process

  1. Select Your Plan
    Choose your service frequency (Once, Twice, or Three times per week) and click “Request Service.”
  2. Fill Out the Service Form
    Provide your contact details and property information. This lets us tailor your first invoice and confirm your start date.
  3. Receive Your Invoice
    On the 1st of each month, you’ll get a PDF invoice via email. It will list your flat monthly rate, plan details, and payment due date.
  4. Easy, Flexible Payment
    Pay online by credit/debit card or ACH bank transfer, or mail a check—whatever works best for your accounting process.
    • Due Date: Payment is due within 15 days of invoice receipt.
    • No Late Fees: We know sometimes invoices slip your mind. If you need extra time, just let us know.
  5. Recurring Billing
    Your plan renews automatically each month at the same flat rate. You’ll receive a new invoice on the 1st, so there are no surprises.
  6. Manage or Cancel Anytime
    You’re on a month‑to‑month plan. Need to change frequency or cancel? Just give us 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle and we’ll update or pause your service.

We use your property’s existing bins—no off‑site hauling, no extra fees.

Is there a contract?
Nope. You’re on a month‑to‑month plan and can cancel or switch at any time with 7 days’ notice.

When will you service the property?
Once, twice, or three times per week on a consistent schedule you choose. We’ll confirm the exact days after you sign up.

Can I request a one‑time cleanup?
Our focus is ongoing maintenance, but we may be able to accommodate one‑off cleanups if you let us know in advance.

Do you pick up during lightning or severe weather?
For the safety of our team, we do not service during lightning storms or severe weather. Any missed visit will be rescheduled at no extra charge.

Are you insured?
Absolutely—The Poop Man is fully insured for liability and property coverage.

How soon can you start?
Typically within 3–5 business days of your request, depending on scheduling availability.
